WayFinder Specialist Employment Service is dedicated to supporting people with learning difficulties and disabilities into employment and plays a key role in assisting people on the Employment Pathway to develop the skills needed to secure work.
WayFinder Recruitment aims to help people with additional needs and disabilities to overcome barriers to employment.
We believe in helping businesses tap into a wider talent pool of workers by helping them reflect the community they serve. We support employers to manage the process of appointing staff with learning difficulties or disabilities.

Brian Harrison
Employer Engagement Manager
Brian’s role is to lead the WayFinder Specialist Employment Service team to support the development of Landmarks Employer Engagement strategy, in providing a meaningful and relevant experience of work for our Interns. He maintains strong links with both new and existing employers to ensure successful placements. Brian also offers a variety of training packages, both face to face or via online training modules, to employers for free.

Lisa Rathbone
Employer Engagement Executive
Lisa’s role is to source new employer links that lead to employment opportunities for our Interns, as well as working closely with the College’s Recruitment and Marketing team to attract new Interns. She facilitates the After College Aftercare Club for Interns who require support with CV writing, preparing for an interview and completing job applications.

Adam Barnett
Pastoral Work Experience Coordinator
Adam works closely with College managers and tutors to ensure accredited commitments, goals and transition aims are planned during the internship. He manages the work experience aspect of our employer related communications and ensures learners receive meaningful employment opportunities.

Maxine Crooks
Job Coach Coordinator
Maxine’s role is to oversee the quality of training and guidance provided by our Job Coaches, so Interns are supported appropriately at the employer premises. She works alongside the Employer Engagement Officer in managing the progress of our Interns during their placement.
